Welcome to Pinewood Construction Company's website. I'm Tom Richman, sole proprietor.

From basic "handyman" work to designing floorplans for all phases of new construction projects, I've been in the business for more than 25 years. In northern Michigan, I serve both residential and commercial customers in Antrim, Charlevoix, and Emmet Counties.

I'm not going to try to "pull the wool over your eyes." I'm not some big firm with lots of employees and lots of overhead. I'm a stand-alone business. A sole contractor making an honest living and doing what I love: helping others to turn their houses into homes. I work hard for a living and it shows. My work is priced fair, the quality is superb, and I play no games. You get what you pay for.

Remodeling
Whether we're talking new trim or a new doorframe, I do it all. Complete kitchen remodels or bathroom trim - it makes no difference. I'll make your project look like a million-bucks.

New Construction
I've planned and constructed million dollar homes. I've also acted as construction coordinator for the most modest homes. It doesn't matter - whether your home is modest or a show-piece, you deserve and receive the same attention.

Project Management
I use a tight-knit network of plumbers, electricians, masonists and heating/cooling experts to help ensure your project is expedited quickly and your expectations are met.

Handyman Services
We've all heard the term "no job too big, no job too small." This is - and always has been - my motto. Whether your job is a $50 touch-up or a quarter-million dollar large scale project - you'll receive the same level of attention, commitment and detail.
